Upcoming Exam Changes - Final Dates for Testing

The final day of testing with National Testing Network in Virginia will be Friday, December 30th, 2016. Please note the important dates of our transition below.

  • Wednesday, November 30th, 2016:
    • The last day applications will be accepted either online or through the mail. All application information, supplemental documentation, and/or fees must be submitted to NTN by this date. Any application, supplemental documentation, and/or fees submitted after this date will be returned to sender. If you plan to mail information, please be advised it can take 5 days for it to reach our office, so please plan accordingly.
    • The last day that we will accept a cashier's check or money order as a form of payment for examinations. After this date only online payments will be accepted.

    As of 11/30/16 candidates are no longer able to submit paperwork or mail in examination payments

This was also the last day that we accepted a cashier's check or money order as a form of payment for examinations. After this date only online payments will be accepted. Any application, supplemental documentation, and/or fees submitted after this date will be returned to sender.

  • Friday, December 30th, 2016:
    • The last day of testing at our locations in Virginia. Only approved candidates will be able to pay, schedule, and take their exams until Friday, December 30, 2016. This will be the last day of testing at our locations. Please be advised, any examination fees submitted to NTN without taking the examination before the transition will be forfeited and not be refunded.
  • Monday, January 9th, 2017 at midnight (PST):
    • All access to any online accounts in our system will be shut down. You will not have access to any information, candidate or school, after that time. Please make sure you have all information needed by that date.
